This is the queer muscle feel good training with equipment. We focus on the big lifts, work on technique and get strong to fight the patriarchy ;-)

This is training with minimal equipment, so you can take the exercises wherever you want and do them at home, in the woods or at the beach. Start the day with some good exercises!

This course focuses on back, shoulder and neck. If you have back pain, shoulder problems or a stiff neck, this is your course. Normally we still do a whole body workout, but always with a focus on these areas.
